Weekly Recap and Happy Father’s Day!

Hello again!

It was a bit of a whirlwind week. I was travelling to the Left Coast (otherwise known as California) so I missed a few days of Tucker time. That’s never fun for me but the semi crazy dog dad seemed to do a good job (after almost two pages of instructions). Before I left, we celebrated the Pittsburgh Penguins winning the Stanley Cup. I also made some fun yogurt-pumpkin popsicles for him which have gone over very very well.

We are also celebrating all the dads today! Whether you have someone with four paws or something else, we love you dads! We’re so thankful for everything you do. We’re also mindful that there’s a lot of people out there whose dads can’t be with them and our hearts are with you.

So, what did I miss out on this week? Here’s a bit of what I saw:

Comfort Dogs Go to Orlando: Last Sunday was a truly horrific day. One of the best things about a dog is that they are always there for you. I know I can get a hug from Tucker when I need one and I’m so glad these dogs were there.

Socially Awkward Dog: The latest viral sensation. As an introvert, I just love this clip. Also, I love all the goldies swimming around like sharks trying to get the tennis balls…

12 dogs who give terrible gifts on father’s day:  Yesterday morning Tucker decided to wake the semi crazy dog dad up by jumping right where it could hurt the most. I heard a yelp and thought it was Tucker..when I realized that it was Jason, I just rolled back over and fell asleep. I’m a good wife. So of course, I love some of these dogs featured here!

I hope you all have a wonderful week!
